To open the iPod case you need a special tool kit. This we have in our assortment.

Please note that if you choose to send by letter, we use trackable letters which should be in 6 working days delivery time in all countries of EU, but outside of EU it might be delayed due to custom controls . We always recommend the faster and trackable DHL Service.
