Please note that if you choose to send by letter, we use trackable letters which should be in 6 working days delivery time in all countries of EU, but outside of EU it might be delayed due to custom controls . We always recommend the faster and trackable DHL Service.

Only orders till 2 pm can be send out surely the same day, because the parcel services pick up the parcels at this time and it is not possible to extend this time as they also need some time for the transport to the next parcel-center and continue the transport. We do our best to serve you as best as possible, but here we depend on the times when the parcel services are picking up the parcels. Letters can be sent out till 5 pm, but we are usually not able to send out all orders that come shortly before 5pm.
